The furniture items are selected to withstand the wear and tear that comes with frequent tenant changes, making this package a practical choice for HMOs, student accommodation and other properties where furniture will be heavily used, without regular replacement. If you do need to replace worn out items, we also offer a furniture replenishment service.

Yes, the quantity of furniture included in the Essential package is tailored to the size of your property. For example, a one-bedroom property will include a two-seat sofa, two dining chairs, one double bed and two bedside tables, whereas a three-bedroom property will include a three-seat sofa, six dining chairs, three double beds and six bedside tables.
