Cancellations, Returns & Refunds (Consumers)

B1. Conformity of Goods

We are required by law to supply goods that conform to the contract. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.

B2. Right to Cancel (Distance Sales)

If you are a UK or EU consumer and have purchased goods online, by telephone, or by email, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days from the day you (or a nominated neighbour) receive the goods, or the final instalment where goods are delivered separately.

This right does not apply to:

  • Made-to-measure goods
  • Goods manufactured to your specification

To cancel, please contact Customer Services quoting your order or invoice number.

B3. Returning Goods Following Cancellation

You must take reasonable care of the goods and keep them in their original packaging. Unless we agree to collect them, goods must be returned to us within 14 days of cancellation notification. You are responsible for return costs.

Where collection is requested, a collection fee will apply.

B4. Refunds

Where a valid cancellation is made, we will refund:

  • The price paid for the goods
  • The cost of standard delivery (being the least expensive option offered)

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and using the original payment method.

We may make a deduction from the refund where goods have been handled beyond what would be permitted in a retail environment.

If an order is cancelled on the scheduled delivery day, a reasonable abortive delivery charge may apply.

B5. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights. We may request photographs or an inspection before authorising a return or refund.

B6. Discretionary Returns

Where you do not have a statutory right to cancel and the goods are not faulty, returns are accepted strictly at our discretion. Any refund may be subject to deduction of delivery charges and reasonable costs incurred.

B7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights. Advice on your rights is available from Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.
