We work across a number of building sectors in the UK including the Private Rented Sector, Build To Rent and Student Accommodation, however whatever type your property is, give us a call and we'll be happy to help.

Yes, absolutely! We offer a nationwide delivery and installation service across all of our products.

Can you provide single furniture items or only full furniture packs?

Yes! We have a wide selection of single item furniture available for delivery and installation across the UK.

What makes your furniture packages suitable for Buy-To-Let and Build-To-Rent properties?

Our tenant-ready furniture packages are designed specifically for UK properties with appropriate seating for the size of property, comfortable mattresses for tenant satisfaction and a durable furniture framework for high usage tenancies.

Do you offer interior design support or just supply furniture?

We do indeed! Give us a call or request a quote with all the details you have for your project including floor plans, photos and any mood boards or schemes.

How do you ensure the quality and durability of the furniture you supply?

We have spent years building our supply chain to ensure durability and comfort is at the top of the list. A lot of our furniture is manufactured here in the UK including all of our mattresses, and high quality standards from our manufacturing partners and suppliers from Europe and further afield.

Which furniture styles and design themes do you offer?

We aim for a middle market design format across most of our furniture, so we would say we aim for a modern and contemporary furniture design style.

Ordering, Delivery & Installation

How do I request a quote for a furniture package?

You can request a quote via our standard contact form by specifying as much information as possible including any file attachments you have.

Alternatively, if you are a business partner of ours, you can compile a full quote and export it for email purposes through our business portal.

If in doubt, give us a call and we'll run through any and all questions or requirements you have.

How long does delivery and installation take?

Delivery and installation can vary drastically dependant on how large or small your order is. A simple one bed apartment can take up to 2 hours from entry to departure of the apartment. Our single item furniture deliveries can take as little as a few minutes.

Do you offer delivery and installation services anywhere in the UK?

Yes, absolutely! We have a nationwide delivery and installation capability from our centralised UK hub based just om the outskirts of Birmingham.

Can I schedule installations to fit my project timeline?

Yes, once you have placed your order, simply let us know your project timelines and we'll ensure your furniture is delivered and installed in time.

Do you provide project management for large installations?

Project management is included with of our deliveries and installations to ensure minimal disruption to your projects.

What happens if a furniture item arrives damaged?

Our products aren't loaded onto any of our vans unless they have gone through quality control and therefore damage is rare however things can happen during transport. If your product arrives damaged, we will return it back to our warehouse and provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.

Can I customise the furniture pack based on my tenant demographic?

Yes! Simply request a quote via our contact form or alternatively email or call us to discuss your requirements.

Can I add extra items or accessories to my furniture package?

Yes, we offer accessories and additional items, simply request a quote or contact us directly via email or phone.

Do you provide furniture staging for property viewings and sales?

Yes! Our Show Home Interior Design service covers all staging concerns and puts your property in the best position possible for a higher value sale.

Pricing & Payment

How much do your furniture packages cost?

Our pricing starts at £2,495 + VAT for our Essential Furniture Pack range, however if you have a set budget, let us know and we can provide you with a specific quote for your property.

Is pricing based on property size or room count?

Pricing is based on the standard and quantity of furniture in that specific pack.

Do you offer payment plans or bulk/volume pricing discounts?

Absolutely, this is more specifically for our Business Portal members however for our retail customers we do partner with Klarna to support with payments plans. In regards to bulk pricing, please request a quote and we'll get back to you with our best price.

Are there any hidden fees for delivery or installation?

No, one of our founding beliefs when we started Nooklife was transparency. There are no hidden fees with any of our products or services.

Returns, Warranty & Aftercare

What is your returns policy on furniture items?

Our 14 day returns period give you enough time to visit your property and assess your furniture.

Of course! All of our furniture comes with a standard 12 months warranty.

Where is Nooklife based and do you have a showroom?

Our design studio & warehouse is located just on the outskirts of Birmingham in the West Midlands, however we do not have a showroom at this moment in time.

Our full address is Unit 9, District 2 Industrial Park, Roway Lane, Oldbury, B69 3ES.

Can I work with Nooklife as a property developer, management company, or landlord partner?

Yes! We welcome all of the above and for business focussed customers we can give you access to our business portal which has a host of benefits included discounted prices.
